NOTARY POLICIES

  • Appointments & Scheduling

    • Signing appointments are to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (except for emergency purposes).

    • A rush fee of $20 will automatically be added to same day appointments.

  • Identification & Verification

    • Clients must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID before notarization takes placed.

    • Notary can refuse service if the signer appears coerced, intoxicated, or mentally incompetent.

  • Document Preparation & Signing

    • Documents must be completed before the scheduled appointment (excluding the signature and notarization process).

    • Documents must be signed & notarized in the presence of the notary; notary has the right to refuse signing documents that has already been signed.

  • Refusal of Service​​

    • The notary reserves the right to refuse service for incomplete, fraudulent, or suspicious documents.​

  • ​Confidentiality

    • The notary agrees to maintain confidentiality and securely handle documents.​
