
NOTARY POLICIES

Appointments & Scheduling

Signing appointments are to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (except for emergency purposes).

A rush fee of $20 will automatically be added to same day appointments.

Identification & Verification
-
Clients must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID before notarization takes placed.

Notary can refuse service if the signer appears coerced, intoxicated, or mentally incompetent.

Document Preparation & Signing
-
Documents must be completed before the scheduled appointment (excluding the signature and notarization process).

Documents must be signed & notarized in the presence of the notary; notary has the right to refuse signing documents that has already been signed.

Refusal of Service​​

The notary reserves the right to refuse service for incomplete, fraudulent, or suspicious documents.​

​Confidentiality

The notary agrees to maintain confidentiality and securely handle documents.​
