TRANSPORT POLICIES

  • Booking & Scheduling

    • Advanced booking required for non-emergency transport

    • A $50 cancellation fee will be incurred if canceled within 1 hour of booking time 

    • Same day booking

  • Payment Fees

    • Mileage fee: $3 a mile

    • Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure a booking

    • Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, Zelle, or certified checks

    • Late Payment Policy: Full payment must be made at the time of pickup Late payments may result in additional fees or service refusal.

  • Load & Delivery Requirements

    • Maximum load capacity: 26,100 lbs 

    • Proper Loading & Securing: The shipper is responsible for ensuring the vehicle/machinery/container is properly prepared for transport (e.g., removing loose parts, draining fluids if required).

    • Delivery Window: Delivery times are estimated and subject to change due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

    • Holding & Storage Fees: If the receiver is unavailable at the drop-off location, a storage or holding fee may apply.

  • Liability & Damage Policy

    • Pre-Transport Inspection: A condition report and photos will be taken before and after transport.

    • Limited Liability: The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, minor scratches from road debris, or damages due to improperly secured loads by the shipper.

    • Insurance Coverage: All transported items are covered up to a specified limit $1,000,000. Additional insurance may be available for an extra fee.

    • Claims Process: Any damage claims must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting photos.

  • Customer Responsibilities

    • Pickup & Drop-Off Accessibility: Clients must ensure that pickup/drop-off locations are accessible for large transport vehicles. If not, alternative arrangements must be made in advance.

    • Vehicle/Machinery Readiness: Shippers must ensure vehicles/machinery are in operable condition (or notify the company if inoperable, as additional equipment may be required).

    • Permits & Legal Compliance: Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for oversized or heavy equipment before transport.

  • No-Show & Wait Time Policy

    • Grace Period: A 30-minute wait time is included at pickup/drop-off. After that, additional wait time fees apply.

    • No-Show Policy: If the client or receiver is unavailable after a 1-hour wait, the transport may be canceled, and the client forfeits their deposit.

  • Force Majeure & Unforeseen Delays

    • The company is not liable for delays due to acts of God, weather, mechanical issues, road closures, accidents, or other uncontrollable factors.

    • If a transport delay occurs, the company will communicate updates and provide a revised estimated delivery time frame.
